Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Sales Surgery sessions booked and paid for via this website with IBG International Limited ("IBG", "we", "us"), company number 10584393, registered office 37 Crogen, Chirk, Wrexham, LL14 5BN.
Our sessions
We currently offer a 30-Minute Sales Surgery Discovery (£75) and a 60-Minute Sales Surgery Strategy Session (£135). Prices are shown in GBP. If we are VAT registered, applicable VAT will be shown on your invoice.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance online or by other means we agree with you. On payment, we will confirm your session date and time.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you are a consumer or a sole trader/small business acting for purposes outside your trade, you have a legal right to cancel your booking within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, provided the session has not already taken place. If you ask us to begin the session within the 14-day period and it is fully delivered, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once delivery is complete.
Outside of this statutory right, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice and we will do our best to find an alternative time or provide a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance, may not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put things right. You can reach us using the details on our Contact page. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them fairly, in line with the Provision of Services Regulations 2009.
Your data
Information you give us when booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
